- If you encounter a problem while using Audiobit (any problem!) the first thing to do it restart the Audiobit app. To do that, press and hold the Back button of your phone, and when the list of the running apps appears, tap the X button in the upper-right corner of the Audiobit image.
- If the problem persists after restarting the app, the next thing to try is to reboot the phone. To do that, press and hold the Power button on the side of your phone, until the prompt appears to slide down to power down the phone.
- If the problem still persists, one more thing to try is to reinstall the Audiobit app. To do that, go to the list of the apps on your phone, then press and hold Audiobit Music Player in the list. Then choose Uninstall from the menu. Finally, open Microsoft Store, search for Audiobit, and download it again.
If none of these steps help, please contact us for technical support. Please include your phone model number, the version of Windows that your phone has, and a detailed description of the problem (including the text of any error message displayed), and we will try to help.
